About
eFUNction Academy provides strengths-based executive function coaching for middle school, high school, and college students in Fulshear, Richmond, Katy, and surrounding communities.
We help capable students who struggle with organization, time management, task initiation, planning, studying, motivation, and follow-through. Rather than simply telling students to “try harder,” our coaches help them understand how their brains work, build personalized systems, and develop skills they can use independently.
Services include individual executive function coaching, academic support, college-transition coaching, parent coaching, workshops, and educational programs. Sessions are available in our Fulshear office, virtually, and at select schools and homes.
Our goal is to help every student move beyond capable—toward greater confidence, ownership, and independence in school and in life.
