Chris Abel is the founder of Abel Property Group and Director for KW Commercial Signature.  Chris specializes in Investment Sales and Tenant Representation opportunities within the Houston Area.  While his primary product focus is Industrial/Warehouse/Flex and Land, Chris works with clients on the Office and Retail projects throughout Houston.  Through personal ownership of industrial properties and retail tenancies, Chris has gained unique insight into commercial real estate that is relevant to his client's needs.
