Partners Resource Network Growing Stronger Together Conference and Resource Fair plus The Special Needs Toolkit Presentation by Boyd Handley, The Handley Law Office This conference is designed to empower parents and self-advocates by providing practical information, resources, and strategies to navigate special education and disability services with confidence. Attendees will learn about their rights, available supports, and effective advocacy skills through information presentations and opportunities to connect with professionals, community organizations, and other families. There will be Parent Sessions in English and Spanish and Youth sessions, all in one place! The conference is FREE but registration is required.
