Join Team Handley at the 3rd Annual Willis ISD Transition & Resource Fair where we will be providing information and resource material for attending families. A variety of vendors from disability companies, programs, and organizations will be there to meet with families. Attorney Boyd Handley will be on hand to answer general questions about Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts, including Special Needs Trusts), Guardianship & Alternatives to Guardianship, and Special Needs Planning. Boyd and Carey Handley are the parents and co-guardians of an adult daughter with disabilities so they have been through many of the same challenges as the families who will be attending. They will be providing the free 32-page 'Special Needs Toolkit' resource guide to families stopping at their table.
