Fort Bend ISD will be hosting its annual resource fair with vendors from a variety of companies and organizations. Resource material will be available for families to bring home. Attorney Boyd Handley will be at this event to answer general legal questions on Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts), Guardianship & Alternatives to Guardianship, and Special Needs Planning. Attorney Handley will be part of a panel of speakers discussing issues relating to Special Needs Planning. Boyd Handley and his wife, Carey, have an adult daughter with Special Needs of whom they share Guardianship.
